The CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry is a nationally recognised qualification for individuals seeking to become trade-qualified carpenters in residential and commercial construction environments.

You will learn to:

• Safely and effectively use carpentry tools and equipment

• Construct wall frames, flooring systems, roofs, and stairs

• Install doors, windows, cladding, and interior linings

• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and drawings

• Work safely on-site and apply workplace health and safety practices

Core learning areas include constructing wall, ceiling, and roof frames; installing flooring systems, doors, windows, cladding, linings, and mouldings; and carrying out concreting, levelling, and formwork for footings and slabs.

Course Duration

The total Course Duration of 104 weeks includes the:

Entry Requirements

  • Completion of year 10 or equivalent

  • Minimum overall IELTS band score of 5.5 (or equivalent English proficiency)
