Enrolment Procedure

The enrolment process is a form of contract between the student and the education provider, indicating a student's commitment to complete the principle courses. We are committed to provide you the best quality services which includes the administrative processes from enrolment to graduation, the facilities and equipment to support your learning experience here with us and the delivery of your course.

Organizing Student Visa

The Australian Department of Home Affairs (DoHA) provides comprehensive information about student visa requirements. For more details, please visit www.homeaffairs.gov.au for the latest information. In order to get your student visa granted, you must comply with its conditions.

These conditions include (but are not limited to):

 

Complete the course within the duration specified in the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress and attendance.

  • An approved Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) while in Australia.

  • Remain with the principle education provider for 6 calendar months, unless issued a letter of release from the provider to
    attend another provider.

  • Notify your institution of your Australian residential address and if any changes occur student must update the institution within 7 days.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a process which takes into account previous study, work and life experiences. It saves you time in achieving a qualification, as you do not have to repeat the skills that you have already obtain previously. This information will then be mapped against the unit/s of competency of the course enrolled and credit may be granted

towards the unit/s of competency. The assessment process for RPL may vary from one to another even when addressing the same qualification. The process involves assessment of your existing skills and knowledge to determine the

competencies you have achieved.

You will be required to submit supporting evidences: Resume/ Curriculum Vitae (CV) with detailed job description

  • Reference letter from supervisor or manager on company letter head

  • Training certificates

  • Performance reviews

  • Assessment conversations with Trainer and Assessor

Organizing Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

International students are required to pay OSHC for the duration of their visa. You will need to purchase OSHC before you arrive Australia and prior to your student application. You can fill the application form and request the institution to organize OSHC on your behalf, alternatively you can puchase OSHC through a number of private providers listed below:
