It is situated on the banks of the Swan River and surrounded by natural parklands and stunning beaches, which makes it one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Even with its high standard of living, Perth offers students quality accommodation at a reasonable cost. 

Accomodation & Airport Pickup

We understand how important it is for our students to feel comfortable and supported while studying in Perth. International students may arrange airport pickup with us prior to arrival.

Here is a basic guide to accommodation options and estimated costs in Perth:

  • Renting a room - $200 to $450 AUD per week 

  • Student accommodation - $200 to $700 per week 

  • Homestay - $235 to 325 AUD per week 

Cost of Living

Preparing for your financial needs is an important step before you begin your studies. Perth is generally more affordable than other major Australian cities, but students should still budget wisely.

Here is an approximate guide to common expenses:
