​On 17 July 2026, AILFE proudly celebrated the Grand Opening of the AILFE Training Kitchen and School Cafe, located within the revitalised Pier Street Car Park retail Enhancement Project.

This purpose-built facility provides students with hands-on industry experience in a real hospitality environment, preparing them for successful careers in the culinary industry.
