The High Tea creations from our SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery students.
After learning all things sweet & savory in SITHCCC041 Produce cakes, pastries and breads, they brought the flavour AND the wow factor. From Tuna Sandwiches to Steak Crostini, and dreamy desserts like Black Forest Cake, Carrot Cake, and Blueberry Cheesecake; everything was made from scratch in our commercial kitchen!Big applause to our talented students for their hard work, creativity, and passion.
