On 17 July 2026, AILFE proudly celebrated the Grand Opening of the AILFE Training Kitchen and School Cafe, located within the revitalised Pier Street Car Park retail Enhancement Project.
A heratfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for this special occasion, including City of Perth Lord Mayor, Bruce Reynolds and team, our valued business partners and Education Agents.
This purpose-built facility provides students with hands-on industry experience in a real hospitality environment, preparing them for successful careers in the culinary industry.
